Loose Mansion has four levels, and there is some event space on each level. On weekdays and for discounted Private Dining Packages, we can divide up the space as needed for your event. Normally on weekends, the entire mansion is rented or we divide it into two separate venue spaces. The main and lower levels are packaged together, which allows us to have great space for changeovers after ceremonies, additional dinner seating for larger groups, or a fun children's area for movies and activities. The second level Parlor and third level Ballroom can be rented as an entirely separate venue and function together just like the main and lower levels. This space has its own parking, entrance, stairwell, bars, sound system and microphones, dance floor with special effects lighting, outside balconies, restrooms, serving kitchens and staff. At times, the second level Parlor will be available for small separate events, such as a rehearsal dinner or birthday party.
Thanks to the design of Loose Mansion with its high ceilings, thick walls, cement flooring, and air handling systems, there have not been any sound issues between the levels. This makes it possible to have a band playing on one level and quiet dinner music on another without any interference.
We were unable to get an elevator in Loose Mansion. When considering use of the second level Parlor or third level Ballroom only, it is important your guests are able to use the stairs to reach the space. We have many groups who rent the entire mansion, but plan the event so elderly or handicapped individuals can enjoy all aspects of the event without leaving the main level, which is wheelchair accessible!
There are endless possibilities for layout design for events in Loose Mansion. We have various sizes of tables, including higher 24" and 30” cocktail tables, 60" rounds, 48" rounds, 30" rounds, 32" squares, and 8', 6' and 4' rectangular tables.
When we meet with you to plan your event, we will draw layouts with you to perfectly fit your event plans!
Below you can find blank layouts, layouts with dimensions, and example layouts of the event spaces in PDF format for printing.
