Loose Mansion will staff your event with professional, uniformed, well-trained, and friendly people. Based on your event plans and guest count, we’ll determine how many people we need to work your event. You will know all costs up front, and there will not be additional gratuities expected.
All aspects of food service will be handled for you. Our food service staff includes chefs, food station attendants (when needed), wait staff, and dishwashers.
Additional venue staff may include event managers, bartenders, and an off-duty police officer (required for some events). Staff will light candles, direct parking, greet guests, maintain restrooms, help with coats and gifts, help with setup and teardown of in-house rentals, coordinate sound and video needs, and oversee the schedule, timeline and all event needs. At least one event manager will stay until the end of your event to ensure all details are handled.
